HR Coordinator

General Statement of Duties:  Under general direction of the Benefits Manager, the HR Coordinator is responsible for monitoring tasks necessary to accomplish our organization’s payroll and human resources functions. This position provides support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of the Human Resources department.  The HR Coordinator relies on independent judgement and experience to plan and accomplish goals.  

Supervision Received: Reports directly to the Benefits Manager

Supervision Exercised: No supervisory duties required

Hours: Monday – Friday – 40/hrs per week

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: Home Office – Boston, MA
