Darlene is responsible for establishing policies and procedures for all team members, with a focus on developing Beacon’s leadership and employee engagement programs to elevate the company to a best-in-class employer. In addition to her primary role she also oversees the information technology, human resource, and training departments. Darlene has been a team member at Beacon for over 38 years.
Beginning her career as an executive assistant, Darlene grew with the company while being exposed to an ever-increasing diversity of roles and responsibilities. One of the brightest accomplishments in her professional development was having the opportunity to spearhead the establishment of Beacon’s compliance department. Today this department is widely recognized as best in class by industry peers. She received her education at Northeastern University in Boston.Back to Team
