GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Land on Mercy Care Lane may one day be the site of a future housing development that will be the first of its kind in New York State. “What we are seeking to do is to create a small intergenerational community,” stated Duncan Barrett, President of Beacon Communities New York.  The community would consists of senior citizens and families with foster children.
